| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
By opinion and order of this Court dated September 16, 2008, the respondent was suspended for six months as a result of a disciplinary proceeding in which all six charges of the petition were sustained. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 5, 1999, under the name Jason Adam Moroff.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the respondent, Jason Moroff, admitted as Jason Adam Moroff, is granted leave to apply for reinstatement by motion to this Court with a return date not more than one month prior to the expiration of the period of suspension, upon furnishing satisfactory proof that during said period he: (a) refrained from practicing or attempting to practice law, (b) fully complied with this order and with the terms and provisions of the written rules governing the conduct of disbarred, suspended, and resigned attorneys (22 NYCRR 691.10), (c) complied with the applicable provisions of 22 NYCRR 691.11(c)(4); and (d) otherwise properly conducted himself.
