| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, entered December 4, 2007, to amend a decision and order on motion of this court dated August 11, 2008, which denied their motion, inter alia, to "hold[] that the wording and claim contained on the first page of the [j]udgment of [f]oreclosure and [s]ale is incorrect in that it states that no answer was filed by [the] appellants," without prejudice to seeking an amended judgment from the Supreme Court, Putnam County.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged, and the reply brief submitted to the Clerk of the court is accepted for filing.
