Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal, for reconstruction hearing and for further relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, only to the extent that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to December 29, 2008, and the motion is in all other respects denied. Appellant shall file his record on appeal omitting the transcript of the hearing held on November 10, 1992. Any arguments appellant wishes to raise concerning the absence of said transcript from the record on appeal may be included in appellant's brief on the appeal.
