On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated November 12, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 27, 2008, is amended by adding thereto as the first decretal paragraph the following:
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeal to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.9[d][2]) and by serving and filing his brief on the appeal is enlarged until January 5, 2009; and it is further,
