| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 25, 2008, and two orders of the same court entered April 14, 2008, and August 20, 2008, respectively, for leave to reargue their prior motion to stay enforcement of a judgment pending hearing and determination of the appeals, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated October 30, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
