Application by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 6, 2007, and an undated judgment of the same court to substitute Irene Daly, administrator of the estate of John K. Sonnechsen, for the deceased plaintiff John K. Sonnechsen.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and Irene Daly, administrator of the estate of John K. Sonnechsen, is substituted for the deceased plaintiff John K. Sonnechsen, and the caption has been amended accordingly.
