| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Application by Elizabeth Bolden, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 1, 1985, under the name Elizabeth Ekperigin to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Elizabeth Posse.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Elizabeth Bolden to Elizabeth Posse, effective immediately.
