Motion by the respondent Tonya Henry on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 20, 2008, for poor person relief and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition and relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
