Motion by the respondent pro se for the assignment of counsel on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated March 26, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 29, 2008, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted.
