| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay all adoption proceedings concerning the subject children, pending hearing and determination of appeals from five orders of the Family Court, Queens County, all dated May 5, 2008, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay all adoption proceedings concerning the subject children is granted to the extent that finalization of the adoptions of the subject children is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied; and is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is granted, and the parties shall file 13 copies of their respective briefs.
