On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated November 5, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated July 8, 2008, is amended by deleting the name "DeSroches," and substituting therefor the name "Desroches".
