DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated August 31, 2007, to stay all proceedings in a matter entitled Matter of Chastity I. M., pending in the Family Court, Queens County, under Docket No. B-3750/05, and to enlarge the record to include the transcripts of certain proceedings in that matter.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record to include the transcripts of the proceedings on February 7, 2006, April 11, 2006, and May 3, 2006, is granted; assigned counsel is directed to file those transcripts with the Clerk of the court and to provide copies of said transcripts to all of the other parties to the appeal, including the attorney for the child, if any, when counsel serves the appellant's brief upon those parties; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record to include the transcripts of the proceedings on June 11, 2007, is denied on the ground that there is no record of proceedings on that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay all proceedings in the matter entitled Matter of Chastity I. M., pending in the Family Court, Queens County, under Docket No. B-3750/05, is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file her brief on the appeal is enlarged until December 29, 2008.
