Motion by David I. Bliven, counsel for the appellant, on appeals from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated July 9, 2008, to be relieved from representing the appellant Osma P., for the assignment of counsel to represent Osma P. on the appeals, and for poor person relief for Osma P.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew on or before December 12, 2008, upon proof of service on the appellant Osma P.
