| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 27, 2007, and an order of the same court entered October 25, 2007, to direct "the Westchester County Clerk to refile certain records," "[f]or a judicial subpoena," and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to direct "the Westchester County Clerk to refile certain records" and "[f]or a judicial subpoena" are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until December 22, 2008, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
