Appeal by Jane Petty from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 27, 2008.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the notice of appeal from the order dated June 27, 2008, is deemed to be a notice of appeal from an order of the same court dated June 19, 2008 (see CPLR 5512), as the orders are duplicates of each other, but the order dated June 27, 2008, was not signed by the Justice who issued it and was not entered in the office of the Clerk of the court.
