Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his prior motion, in effect, inter alia, to reinstate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 18, 2006, and May 21, 2007, respectively, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated August 27, 2008 , or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
