| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents Lynn Adair Kramer, Kramer & Rabinowitz, LLC, and Kramer & Rubin, PLLC, on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 11, 2007, in effect, to strike so much of the respondent-appellant's answering brief insofar as it asserts arguments with respect to them, or, in the alternative, to enlarge their time to serve and file a brief to address those arguments.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to strike portions of the answering brief is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time of the respondents Lynn Adair Kramer, Kramer & Rabinowitz, LLC, and Kramer & Rubin, PLLC, to serve and file a brief is granted, their time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 7, 2009, and their brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
