| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Michael Hense on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered October 25, 2007, to direct the release of the sums of $15,000 to him and $15,000 to Yoko Hense, from money deposited with the Commissioner of Finance, Westchester County.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the stipulation of the parties dated December 5, 2008, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the Commissioner of Finance, Westchester County, is directed to the release of the sum of $15,000 to Michael Hense and $15,000 to Yoko Hense, from the money deposited with it, minus any applicable fees.
