DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent, Frank J. Hancock, for leave to reargue an opinion and order of this Court dated September 16, 2008, and for a downward modification of the sanction imposed. By opinion and order of this Court dated September 16, 2008, the respondent was disbarred as a result of a disciplinary proceeding in which all six charges of professional misconduct relating to him were sustained. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department on June 19, 1978.

Upon the papers submitted in support of the motion and the papers submitted in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
