SCHEDULING ORDER

Separate appeals by Ronald V. and Lori W. from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated August 31, 2007. The brief of the appellant Lori W. was served and filed on March 6, 2008, and the brief of the appellant Ronald V. was served and filed on July 14, 2008, and the respondent's brief was served and filed on September 30, 2008. By decision and order on motion of this court dated November 13, 2008, the attorney Jeanmarie A. Marquardt, Esq., P.O. Box 124, Shrub Oak, New York 10588, was relieved of an assignment to represent the children on the appeal, and the following attorney was assigned as attorney for the children on the appeal:
