Dunbar dated November 18, 2008, the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, the opposing affidavit of Patricia Stroman Walker sworn to November 10, 2008, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motions be, and the same hereby are, granted and plaintiff shall perfect his appeal on or before February 2, 2009, and defendant Brennan shall perfect his appeal on or before March 4, 2009, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
