Elmore, dated November 14, 2008, the letter of David C. Connors, dated November 6, 2008, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion for poor person and assignment of counsel for defendant in docket number KA 08-02280 be and the same hereby is denied without prejudice, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed.
Memorandum: CPLR 1101 does not provide relief to a business or corporation. Defendant may renew his application for poor person relief and assignment of counsel in docket number KA 08-02280 upon a more detailed showing that he is indigent.
