Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated October 24, 2008, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the same court dated November 13, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the order dated October 24, 2008, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated November 13, 2008.
