Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to reargue his prior motion, in effect, for summary reversal of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 29, 2008, or to stay enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated July 18, 2008, and, in effect, for summary reversal of an order of the same court dated August 13, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
