Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered October 3, 2005, for the assignment of new counsel.

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to the appellant seeking leave to serve and file a supplemental brief when the appeal is perfected.
