On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated November 24, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from five orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, two dated April 10, 2008, two dated May 2, 2008, and one dated September 22, 2008, respectively, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph the words "December 15, 2008", and substituting therefor the words "December 18, 2008".
