It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting the law firm of Warshaw Burstein Cohen Schlesinger & Kuh, LLP to withdraw as counsel for the appellant. The execution of the warrant of eviction is stayed through December 26, 2008. This is to afford the appellant an opportunity to move for any further relief it may deem appropriate.
