Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in a matter entitled Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., v Dukes, pending in the District Court, Third District, Suffolk County, under Index No. HLT 324/08, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 1, 2008.
