Motion by the attorney for the children to be relieved of an assignment to represent the children on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated August 29, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the attorney for the children, Karen A. Riley, Esq., Children's Rights Society, Inc., 213 West Main Street, P.O. Box 1002, Goshen, New York 10924, is directed to turn over all papers in the proceeding to the new attorney for the children herein assigned; and it is further,
