Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 23, 2008, and entered July 7, 2008, respectively, and to enlarge the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 16, 2009, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before February 17, 2009.
