Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 19, 2008, and November 17, 2008, respectively, inter alia, to stay enforcement of a judgment entered April 28, 2008, as well as the order dated November 17, 2008, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
