On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated December 16, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant, on appeals from six orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, one dated April 28, 2008, two dated April 10, 2008, two dated May 2, 2008, and one dated September 22, 2008, respectively, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph the words "December 18, 2008," and substituting therefor the words "December 23, 2008," and by adding to the first decretal paragraph, following the words, "upon the same terms," the words "with the Commissioner of Finance, Westchester County."
