| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated December 9, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which denied a motion to relieve the appellant's assigned counsel and to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 26, 2008, is amended by adding to the last decretal paragraph thereof after the words "the motion to dismiss the appeal is denied," the following: "and it is further," and by adding thereto the following decretal paragraph:
"ORDERED that the assigned counsel's time to contact the appellant and comply with the order on certification dated October 10, 2008, is enlarged until January 22, 2009."
