DECISION
On the court's own motion, motions by tenant-appellant returnable October 9, 2008, and October 28, 2008, are hereby consolidated for purposes of disposition.
That branch of the motion by tenant-appellant, in essence, to reinstate and continue the stay contained in the order of this court dated June 24, 2008 and to enlarge time to perfect the appeal as a condition of maintaining the stay is denied.
That branch of the motion to modify the amount to be deposited in the court below is denied.
