Defendant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken from judgments and an order of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on February 25, 2008, February 25, 2008 and February 5, 2008, and claimants having cross-moved for an extension of time to perfect the cross appeals,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Julie S. Mereson sworn to December 3, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affidavit of Ronald J. Wright sworn to December 19, 2008, the notice of cross motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be, and the same hereby is, granted and defendant shall perfect the appeals on or before February 4, 2009, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that the cross motion be, and the same hereby is, granted and claimants shall perfect the cross appeals on or before March 6, 2009 and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the cross appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
