Motion, pursuant to Family Court Act § 1114 (b), for stay pending appeal of order of Family Court, Schuyler County, entered November 18, 2008, granted, without costs, and without prejudice to a motion by respondent Christopher A. to vacate the stay in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before February 13, 2009. During the pendency of the appeal, Christopher A. shall have such supervised visitation with Tristan A. as may be granted by Family Court upon application by Christopher A. to that court. Order filed.
