Application by Village of Hempstead pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on an appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 7, 2008.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of Village of Hempstead to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until January 28, 2009, and the Village of Hempstead's reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date, or within 30 days of the filing of the brief of the third-party defendants-respondents, whichever is longer.
