DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the respondent to be relieved of an assignment to represent the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated August 27, 2007.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition to or in relation thereto, it is
