Otufale, Adegboyega, et al. v Whetstone, Francisca, et al.
The parties should make an effort to stipulate to the correctness of the transcript in order to expedite the perfection of the appeal. Commencing January 2009, accruing use and occupancy is to be tendered to the petitioner by the tenth day of each month pending the appeal. In the event of appellant's failure to comply with the orders of this Court, the petitioner may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay.
