DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from six orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, one dated April 28, 2008, two dated April 10, 2008, two dated May 2, 2008, and one dated September 22, 2008, respectively, inter alia, to hold the Westchester County Office of Child Support Enforcement in contempt for failing to comply with a decision and order on motion dated November 24, 2008.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
