DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to be furnished with additional documents on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered January 3, 2007.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent shall provide the Clerk of this court, to the extent available, with copies of the papers submitted in connection with any pretrial motions, including answering affirmations, the bill of particulars, written decisions of the Supreme Court, Queens County, the papers submitted in connection with the CPL 330.30 motion, and the sentencing commitment, and the Clerk of this court shall forward to the appellant such additional documents together with copies of the indictment No. 2642/05 and all written decisions of the Supreme Court, Queens County, that are contained in the court file, which include a decision dated May 10, 2006, and orders dated May 15, 2006, November 30, 2006, January 10, 2007, and May 27, 2008.
