Application by Helen Michelle Morlitz, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on December 12, 2001, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Helen Michelle Goza.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Helen Michelle Morlitz to Helen Michelle Goza, effective immediately.
