Appeal by Stacy K. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 2, 2008. Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the Rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is
ORDERED that the time of the respondent Jewish Child Care Association of New York to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged until January 26, 2009; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
