Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to enjoin the respondent Merkos L'Inyonei Chinuch, Inc., from installing and operating a surveillance camera system at the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 3, 2008.
