DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants Valarie Zemnovitsch and Natasha Zemnovitsch to strike the respondent's brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 11, 2007. Application by the appellants Romaro Corp., Aron Grinshpun, Zelig Zelster, and Sam Zelster pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time for all appellants to serve and file their reply briefs.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the application, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is granted, and the appellants' time to serve and file reply briefs is enlarged until January 20, 2009, and the reply briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
