DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se, in effect, to be provided with transcripts of the pre-plea proceedings to aid in the preparation of a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Putnam County, rendered April 4, 2007, and to enlarge the time to serve and file the supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew on or before February 13, 2009, upon information as to what issues the appellant plans to raise in the supplemental pro se brief regarding the pre-plea proceedings and the dates of the pre-plea proceedings that he needs transcribed.
