Motion by the appellants on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 21, 2008, August 13, 2008, and November 24, 2008, inter alia, to modify so much of an order of the same court dated October 14, 2008, as conditioned a stay upon the posting of an undertaking in the sum of $268,000, by reducing the amount of the undertaking.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
