Motion by the respondent Angelo Roldan to amend the remittitur of a decision and order of this court dated May 13, 2008, which determined appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, both dated June 22, 2006, and an order of the same court dated December 15, 2006.

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
