Motion by the respondent-appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 14, 2008, as against it, pending hearing and determination of an appeal and cross appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the order as against the respondent-appellant is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal and cross appeal.
