MATTER OF ALANDREA B.

ONEIDA COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES,

PETITIONER-RESPONDENT;

DONNA B., RESPONDENT-APPELLANT.

Respondent-appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on January 23, 2007, and for an order directing that she be furnished with a copy of the stenographic transcript of the Family Court proceedings,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Donna B., sworn to November 19, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of John G. Koslosky, Esq., dated January 3, 2009, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks permission to proceed as a poor person is dismissed on the ground that such relief was granted by order entered July 22, 2008, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an order directing that appellant be furnished with a copy of the transcript of the Family Court proceedings is denied on the ground that there is no authority for the filing of a pro se supplemental brief in an appeal from an order of Family Court.
